The service

UK IPTV is an IPTV subscription that streams live TV channels and on-demand movies and series to a compatible IPTV player app on your own device. Plans are available for 6 months, 12 months or as a Lifetime plan, plus a 12-month Family plan, as shown on the UK IPTV plans section. The 6 Months, 12 Months and Lifetime plans allow 1 connection (one device streaming at a time); the Family plan allows up to 5 connections at once.

Ordering and activation

Orders are placed through WhatsApp. Once payment is confirmed, we send your login details and setup instructions. Your plan starts on the day it is activated.

Payments

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Each plan is a one-time payment for the chosen term and does not renew automatically. The Lifetime plan is a single payment with no renewal fees.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but individual channels, programmes and on-demand titles can change or become unavailable, and streaming quality depends on your device and internet connection.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service only for private, personal viewing.
• Do not share, resell or redistribute your login details or the service.
• Keep your login details secure.
• Make sure your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you are.

Suspension

We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these terms, for example by sharing or reselling access. Where possible, we will contact you first.

Refunds and money-back guarantee

Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: a full refund for any reason if you ask within 7 days of paying, sent the same day, and a partial refund for unused time from day 8 to day 30. Full details are in our 7-day money-back guarantee.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
