How to send a copyright notice
Email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA notice" and include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- The exact URL or other details that let us locate the material.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review every complete notice and respond promptly. Where a notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material concerned.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, a description of the removed material and a statement explaining why you believe it was removed in error.
False notices
Please make sure your notice is accurate. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages.
