We process your data under two lawful bases: performance of a contract, to fulfil an order once you subscribe, and legitimate interest, to respond to enquiries and provide support before you subscribe. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare, as our hosting provider, may process standard technical data, such as IP addresses, as part of delivering the website and protecting it from abuse. This processing is handled at the infrastructure level and is not used by us for marketing.

Messages sent via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, as it is operated by a third party (Meta). We do not control how WhatsApp processes your data on its platform.

We retain enquiry and account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support and meet our legal obligations, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
